- 1. Job Purpose
- To independently manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation at Proton Metal Crafts Private Limited, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR), and applicable customer requirements.
- 2. Key Responsibilities
- A. QMS Documentation &
- Document Control
- •
- Manage the complete QMS documentation system.
- •
- Prepare, review, revise and control Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats and Quality Records.
- •
- Maintain the Master List of Documents and Records.
- •
- Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, approval and distribution.
- •
- Control obsolete documents and ensure only the latest approved documents are available at the point of use.
- •
- Maintain document change history and revision records.
- •
- Ensure effective implementation of revised documents.
- B. IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Compliance
- •
- Maintain QMS documentation as per IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- •




- Ensure required documented information is maintained and updated.
- •
- Support QMS compliance and gap-analysis activities.
- •
- Maintain evidence for QMS effectiveness and continual improvement.
- •
- Ensure compliance with applicable Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).
- C. Internal &
- External Audits
- •
- Coordinate Internal QMS Audits, Customer Audits, Certification Audits and Surveillance Audits.
- •
- Prepare audit schedules, checklists and required documentation.
- •
- Ensure audit evidence and documents are readily available.
- •
- Record audit findings and coordinate corrective actions.
- •
- Follow up for timely closure of NCs, observations and audit findings.
- •
- Maintain audit reports and closure records.
- Key Requirements
- •
- Practical experience in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 documentation.
- •

Experience in automotive / auto-component manufacturing.

- •

- Strong knowledge of QMS document control and audit documentation.
- •

Experience in handling internal, customer and certification audits.

- •

- Positive documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- •
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling QMS documentation activities.
