About the Role

A&M; Insights is looking for a Team Lead – Internal Audit & Risk Advisory to manage a team of 4–5 Audit/Process Consultants and supervise audit and process review assignments at client locations.

The candidate will be responsible for team management, audit review, client coordination, quality checking, reporting and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of 4–5 Audit/Process Consultants.
- Allocate daily and weekly work and monitor team performance.
- Review internal audit and process audit work performed by the team.
- Check audit findings for accuracy, completeness and supporting evidence.
- Conduct process reviews, transaction testing, reconciliations and physical verification.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, exceptions and potential risks.
- Review and analyse data using MS Excel.
- Prepare and review audit reports, working papers and observations.
- Coordinate with client teams and process owners.
- Discuss audit findings and obtain management responses.
- Escalate significant issues to the Manager/Senior Management.




- Train and guide team members on audit procedures and documentation.
- Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Use approved AI, OCR and technology tools to improve audit efficiency.

Requirements:

- MBA / MBA Finance with 1+ year relevant experience OR
- Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience OR
- CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA with relevant articleship experience.
- Experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance or Forensic Audit preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Reconciliations.
- Power Query knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Positive command of English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.

Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
