Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support cross-functional teams in activities such as data collection, basic analysis, documentation, and coordination of project tasks related to vehicle design, testing, or operations. Daily responsibilities may include preparing reports, assisting with research on electric vehicle technologies and urban mobility needs, participating in team meetings, and supporting process improvements.

The intern will collaborate with engineers, product staff,



and operations personnel to help ensure smooth project execution and gain hands-on exposure to the electric vehicle lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Foundational technical skills relevant to engineering, product development, or operations (e.g., basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automotive principles).
- Analytical and research capabilities, including data gathering, easy analysis, and clear presentation of findings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and document work accurately.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools) and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., engineering, design, business, or a related field).
- Demonstrated interest in electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, or automotive innovation.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and take initiative under guidance from mentors.
