Function: Sales Support

Tenure: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors, CFOs, CHROs, and Business Heads, through various online and professional sources.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, introduce company solutions, and qualify prospective clients.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team with potential clients across large corporates and SME segments.
- Achieve daily activity targets by making 60-70 calls and securing an average of 6 meetings per day.
- Build and maintain a robust prospect database by continuously adding and updating relevant contacts.




- Prepare and share daily MIS reports, including call outcomes, meeting status, and current prospects added to the database.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support pipeline generation and contribute towards monthly business and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

- Internship experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or telecalling for B2B products/services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and telephonic probing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and qualify business opportunities.
- Proficient in maintaining MIS reports and CRM/database management.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
