Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern – Legal and CA / CS role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The intern will assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, compliance documents, and other legal paperwork under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research, summarizing case laws, and supporting advisory work on business, MSME, and real estate issues.

The role also involves organizing documentation, preparing briefs and reports,



and communicating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of legal and consulting assignments. The intern will collaborate with legal and CA / CS professionals, gaining exposure to practical aspects of litigation advisory and corporate compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and understanding of Legal Issues relevant to contracts, compliance, and business disputes.
- Ability in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring legal and compliance documents.
- Effective Communication skills for preparing clear written summaries, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed LL.B., CA, CS, or related professional qualification.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced professional setting in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and basic legal research databases is an advantage.
