: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

● Independent Site Management: Oversee interior and civil sites autonomously, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently.

● Material Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of materials and their application techniques.

● Problem-Solving: Effectively address and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow continuity.

● Project Execution: Ensure time management for smooth project progression and timely delivery.

● Adoption of Technology: Stay updated and utilize new technologies to enhance project outcomes.

● Reporting: Provide daily updates to the team leader, keeping communication open and transparent.

● Simultaneous Site Handling: Manage and coordinate activities across 3 to 5 sites effectively.

● Team Collaboration:



Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

● Communication Skills: Exhibit solid coordination and communication abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
