About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution on our interior design and turnkey fit-out project sites.

In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our design studio, contractors, and clients on the ground. You will ensure that designs are executed precisely according to drawings, specifications, and high-quality standards, while strictly adhering to timelines and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Monitoring: Supervise all daily on-site activities including civil modifications, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and painting works.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret interior layout drawings, detail drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans accurately.
- Quality Control: Ensure superior craftsmanship and adherence to specified material grades and design details. Conduct regular inspections to catch and rectify defects early.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage on-site execution teams, specialized carpenters, painters, and other vendors. Track daily labor attendance and output.
- Timeline & Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones to ensure the site progresses according to the master schedule.



Coordinate material deliveries to prevent delays.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on site, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Reporting: Provide daily progress updates, coordinate site measurements, and flag any discrepancies or bottlenecks immediately to the Principal Designer/Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience supervising high-end residential or commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent professional trade certification.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to read complex interior working drawings and blueprints.
- Good understanding of modern materials, finishes (veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, stones), hardware, and lighting installations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities on site, strong communication skills to manage laborers and clients, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
