This role bridges creative vision with disciplined execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and top-tier quality.

Responsibilities Manage project lifecycle from initiation to final handover. Coordinate across design, procurement, and site teams for seamless workflow. Track project timelines, budgets, work progress, and site issues proactively. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for updates and coordination. Ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and legal regulations. Prepare and maintain reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and billing records.

Qualifications &

Skills Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management. 5 years of experience managing high-end interior projects. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD. Strong leadership, multitasking, and client communication skills.
