Role & responsibilities

: Interior execution - (Multiple projects)

- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shall have good knowledge and working methodology of interior Fit-Finishing output.
- Coordination with sub-contractors, labour, Client, Architects, Consultant ,carpenters
- Develop comprehensive project plan and coordination of interior works along with interior services and finishes to complete the project in the stipulated time in conjunction with clients and contractors/vendors.
- Layout, Material Knowledge, BOQ and coordination with clients, consultants.
- Enforce project quality standards and monitor that the contractors/vendors are maintaining quality standards.
- Budget monitoring




- Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
- Need to ensure the quality of material receiving at the site is as per Clients/ approved requirement.
- To maintain proper basic Safety standards at site.
- To make sure all the Company systems & Formats are getting followed properly on site.

This position reports to the Director

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate who are passionate to work in Interior execution

Candidate who has positive exposure in Residential, Commercial, Villas preferred
