Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Interior Project Co-Ordinator with 3-7 years of experience in interior projects and project execution. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior execution, project planning, site coordination, vendor management, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from start to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and overall project progress.

- Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely completion of project activities.

- Coordinate and supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and other interior works.

- Check site measurements, material requirements, and work quantities.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material procurement and project execution.

- Prepare and monitor BOQs, material schedules, project timelines, and progress reports.

- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to project specifications.

- Handle client requirements, site discussions, and project-related communication.

- Identify and resolve site and execution-related issues.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within the required time, quality, and budget.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.E.

Civil

Engineering / B.Tech Civil Engineering /Dip.in Civil Engineering/ B.Arch / Interior Design.

- Experience: 3-7 years in Interior Project Management / Interior Execution / Construction Projects & interior fit-out projects

- Strong knowledge of interior site execution, project planning, drawings, measurements, and materials.

- Good understanding of civil and interior works, finishes, furniture, and fit-out activities.

- Strong vendor, contractor, client, and team coordination skills.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
