We are a Germany-based hospitality group operating a portfolio of Indian restaurants with a robust focus on design, brand identity, and guest experience. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with a solid background in Interior Design.

This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Delhi, with close collaboration with our core team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop print-ready assets such as menus, flyers, in-store signage, packaging, and brand collateral
- Support and update web content (e.g. via WordPress, Figma or similar tools)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Prepare and present design concepts professionally for internal review
- Contribute to design concepts for new restaurant locations (mood boards, spatial layout suggestions, material palettes)
- Collaborate on visual planning for interior updates and expansions
- Prepare presentation materials to support design decisions (no full technical planning required)
- Work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks and projects
- Take responsibility for marketing activities
- Manage and monitor Google reviews
- Support other activities and tasks that arise within the company

Your Profile

- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication




- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Interior Design (ideally within the hospitality sector)
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, and optionally SketchUp or AutoCAD
- High aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and a structured work approach
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently across time zone
- Working hours are based on German time
