Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable interior and furniture solutions, preparing quotations, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior and furniture solutions.
- Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads.
- Conduct product and solution presentations to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Participate in promotional activities, customer meetings, and sales initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.





Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Furniture, Architecture, Civil, Building Materials, or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered based on their skills and experience.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Interior Sales, Furniture Sales, Building Materials Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in handling interior projects and customer enquiries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong sales skills and relevant industry knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior/furniture sales.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior solutions.
- Experience handling walk-in and online enquiries.
- Knowledge of preparing quotations and following up with customers.
- Existing experience with CRM or sales-management tools is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about sales, with the ability to build relationships and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
