We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Estimator / Project Manager to join our interior design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates & project quotations
- Calculate material, labour & project costs
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors & clients
- Plan and monitor project schedules and site activities
- Manage project execution from start to completion
- Check material requirements, quantities & site measurements
- Monitor project budgets, timelines & quality
- Handle site coordination and resolve execution issues
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in interior design / fit-out projects
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, estimation & costing
- Good understanding of interior materials, furniture & finishes
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Good project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
