Site Operations Manager – Modular Furniture Location: Indore Company: Nirmanbook Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a hands-on Site Operations Manager to supervise the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes and other furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities: Plan daily installation activities across multiple sites. Coordinate with installers, contractors, designers, factory and project managers. Verify site readiness, measurements, material receipt and installation sequence.
Monitor installation quality, timelines and workforce productivity. Identify shortages, damages and technical issues, and arrange quick resolution. Maintain project-wise progress updates, photographs and pending-item lists.
Complete snag rectification, final cleaning and customer handover.
Ensure nothing remains pending after project closure.
Requirements: 3+ years of site execution experience in modular furniture or interior projects. Solid knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, hardware and installation processes. Ability to manage multiple sites and installation teams simultaneously. Good communication, problem-solving and reporting skills. Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Indore are mandatory.
Success in this role means: Projects are installed on time, with excellent finishing, minimum rework and complete customer satisfaction.
