Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer – Mid Senior Level (Infernia Specialist) role based in Hyderabad.

The Interior

Designer will translate project requirements into detailed modular interior designs, focusing on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units, and storage systems using Infernia and other design tools.

Responsibilities include space planning, creating interior layouts, preparing construction and installation drawings, and coordinating FF&E; selections aligned with Rostre’s manufacturing standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility, precision,



and adherence to timelines.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, refine design concepts based on feedback, and support site coordination to maintain quality and consistency across all delivered units.

- Own end-to-end design development for assigned projects from concept to design freeze
- Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and buildable designs
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts including kitchen, wardrobe, storage, and custom units
- Develop high-quality 3D renders aligned with client preferences and brand standards
- Present designs to clients and explain layouts, materials, finishes, and functionality
- Coordinate with Sales & Design Manager on design feasibility, budgets, and timelines
- Work closely with BOQ Executive to ensure design-cost alignment
- Validate site measurements and incorporate site constraints into designs
- Prepare production-ready drawings in coordination with operations/factory teams
- Ensure design compliance with manufacturing standards and installation feasibility
- Handle design revisions efficiently within approved limits
- Guide and review work done by Junior Designers
- Maintain design documentation and version control
- Adhere to defined design TATs and quality benchmarks
