Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer / Junior Architect / 3D Designer. The role involves developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and supporting architectural design from initial ideation to final execution. Daily responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, preparing 3D models and visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

The professional will collaborate with senior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors, participate in site visits and measurements,



and help ensure that designs are executed according to quality, timelines, and client expectations. The role also includes creating presentations for client meetings and incorporating feedback into design revisions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Foundational knowledge in Architecture and experience supporting architectural design processes.
- Ability to prepare accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials coordination.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design quality.
