Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Furniture to develop furniture and interior design concepts based on client requirements. The candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically appealing designs while coordinating with production and other departments to ensure accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, space planning, design preferences, and functional needs.

- Develop innovative and practical furniture and interior design concepts.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and furniture designs.

- Design wardrobes, modular kitchens, cabinets, beds, sofas, tables, storage units, and other furniture products.

- Prepare detailed working drawings and technical specifications for production.

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, colours, hardware, and accessories.

- Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications, and furniture dimensions.

- Coordinate with the Production, Estimation, Purchase, and Installation teams.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and suitable for manufacturing.

- Make design modifications based on client feedback and production requirements.

- Visit project sites when required to take measurements and understand site conditions.





- Ensure accurate dimensions and proper utilization of available space.

- Maintain design documentation and update drawings as required.

- Stay updated with current furniture, interior design, materials, finishes, and industry trends.

- Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in furniture/interior design.

- Experience in modular furniture, residential interiors, office furniture, or customized furniture will be preferred.

- Solid knowledge of furniture design, materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

- Good knowledge of measurements, space planning, furniture detailing, and technical drawings.

- Strong creativity and attention to detail.

- Good understanding of furniture construction and production feasibility.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
