Role Description This full time, on-site Interior Designer role is based in Kottarakara and involves working closely with the design team to develop interior concepts from initial idea to completed space.

The Interior

Designer will translate client requirements into detailed space plans, mood boards, and material palettes, ensuring designs align with project goals and studio standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with architects and consultants, and supporting FF&E; selection and specification for residential and commercial projects. The role also requires regular site visits to review progress, address design-related queries, and collaborate with contractors to maintain design integrity and quality.

The Interior





Designer will participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, sustainability, and context-driven design.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically coherent environments.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and the ability to integrate interior concepts with overall building design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in developing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for implementation on site.
- Candidates should possess experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination and specification.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail, material and color sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Interest in sustainable design practices and context-sensitive solutions is highly beneficial.
