Role Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, furniture, furnishings, and design development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements and client briefs.
- Prepare mood boards, concept boards, material palettes and design presentations.
- Create space plans, furniture layouts, elevations,



detailed drawings and realistic 3D renders.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and decor.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Assist with material sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback into design development.
- Manage project timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture and décor.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 3D Rendering Software or similar tools.
- Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Good eye for aesthetics, detailing and material selection.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
