Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and design-driven Sales Consultant who can deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience. This role goes beyond sales — it is about consultative selling, relationship building, and translating client aspirations into elegant living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
1.Welcome and engage walk-in clients and generating leads, meeting architects and interior designers with a premium, personalized experience
2.Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences
3.Present and sell luxury furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized solutions
4.Provide design guidance and product consultation to clients
5.Generate leads and convert them into successful closures
6.Coordinate with the design and production team for customized orders
7.Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships for repeat business
8.Ensure showroom displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
9.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile
1.2-5 years of experience in luxury retail / sales
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3.Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury lifestyle
4.Ability to understand client psychology and build trust
5.Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
6.Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus
7.Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking is preferred
