Design Walls – The Wallpaper Company is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team and work closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Design Studios, Contractors and Project Consultants.

We are looking for someone with an Interior Design / Architecture / Furnishing background who can understand design requirements, develop relationships with architects and interior designers, generate business, and take ownership of projects from enquiry to successful completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Architect & Interior Designer Sales

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers across Hyderabad.
- Regularly visit architects, interior designers, design studios, and project sites.
- Understand their upcoming projects and identify business opportunities.
- Present and recommend suitable products based on design, application, budget, and project requirements.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Develop repeat business from existing architect and interior designer relationships.
- Build a strong network within the architecture and interior design community.

2. Product & Design Consultation

- Understand and confidently present our complete range of products, including:
- Wallpapers
- Vinyl Wallcoverings
- Curtains
- Blinds
- Fabrics
- Upholstery
- Custom Wallcoverings
- Other soft-furnishing and interior products
- Help architects and designers select the right products for their projects.
- Understand drawings, designs, measurements, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate samples, quotations, and product presentations.

3. Project Execution





- Take ownership of projects after receiving the order.
- Coordinate with the client, architect/interior designer, measurement team, production team, stitching team, installation team, and suppliers.
- Ensure correct measurements, material specifications, and order details.
- Follow up on material procurement, production, stitching, and installation.
- Ensure projects are executed within committed timelines.
- Identify and resolve execution issues quickly.
- Conduct regular site visits wherever required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

4. Sales & Follow-up

- Maintain complete and updated information about enquiries, quotations, orders, and projects in the CRM.
- Follow up systematically with architects, interior designers and clients.
- Track every enquiry from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and continuously develop new opportunities.

5. Relationship Management

- Build long-term professional relationships rather than focusing only on individual transactions.
- Stay connected with architects and interior designers even when there is no immediate project.
- Generate referrals and repeat business.
- Represent Design Walls professionally at architect meets, exhibitions, networking events, and industry events.

Preferred profile:

- 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Interior Designer / Architect / Interior Sales professional preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior materials and applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting architects and interior designers.
- Willing to travel within Hyderabad for client and site visits.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand project requirements and coordinate execution.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
