Key Responsibilities

API & Integration Development

- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services using C#, .NET 6/8 , and ASP.NET Core Web API. Build interfaces between internal and third-party systems, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling. Consume and expose REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services, working with JSON, XML, and flat-file payloads. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and API keys. Build scheduled and event-driven processes, including background workers, message queues, and webhooks. Improve API performance and reliability through:– Redis or in-memory caching– Pagination– Retry and backoff policies– Rate-limit handling

Sitecore Development
- Build and extend Sitecore back-end customizations on XM Cloud, including:– Pipelines– Event handlers– Content resolvers– Configuration patches Work with Sitecore templates, Content Editor, Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS), and Experience Edge GraphQL. Support Sitecore headless implementations and integrations with modern front-end applications.

Advanced Search
- Build, configure, and optimize advanced search using Sitecore Search. Configure and maintain:– Sources and crawlers– Attributes– Facets– Sorting– Suggestions– Personalized results– Permission-filtered results Build and maintain the server-side search API layer, applying visibility, access-group, and embargo filtering before search results reach the UI.

Quality, Operations & Collaboration
- Write unit and integration tests and actively participate in code reviews. Implement structured logging, monitoring, and alerting. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis (RCA). Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and maintain integration specifications and operational runbooks. Collaborate with React/Next.js developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end through CI/CD pipelines.



Follow healthcare data-handling and security standards, including:– HIPAA awareness– Principle of least privilege– No PII/PHI in application logs

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience. 5 years of professional experience with C# and .NET. At least 3 years of experience building Web APIs and system integrations. 3 years of Sitecore development experience with Sitecore 10.x XP/XM or XM Cloud, including:– Templates– Pipelines– Configuration patching– Helix principles Experience with Sitecore headless development, including:– Experience Edge GraphQL– Layout Service– JSS or Content SDK Hands-on experience with Sitecore Search or another enterprise search platform such as Coveo, Algolia, or Solr, with the ability to learn Sitecore Search quickly. Strong knowledge of:– ASP.NET Core– Dependency Injection– Middleware– Entity Framework / Dapper– Async programming Robust understanding of REST API design, HTTP semantics, API versioning, and error contracts. Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and secure secret management. Working knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js API routes, as much of the search and integration layer is built within the Next.js application. Strong SQL skills using SQL Server or PostgreSQL. Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, and CI/CD, preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform:– Azure preferred– AWS– GCP

Preferred / Nice to Have
- Sitecore certification, such as:– XM Cloud Developer– Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Experience with SXA / Headless SXA. Experience with the Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) CLI. Background working with Solr / Sitecore ContentSearch. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence. Experience integrating third-party enterprise APIs, such as:– UKG– Oracle– Google Workspace– Microsoft Graph

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
