- Responsible for delivering working integrations using platforms such as Mirth and MuleSoft.
- Build and maintain APIs, interfaces, message flows, data transformations and system-to-system connections.
- Robust practical experience with:
- REST APIs
- SQL
- JSON
- Webhooks
- OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
- API security
- Data mapping and transformation
- Support identity and access integrations, including Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, SSO, RBAC and service accounts.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data flows, investigate failures and support production services.
- Work directly with vendors and internal teams to understand requirements, test APIs and resolve integration issues.
- Create clear technical documentation for integrations, mappings, endpoints and support processes.




- Healthcare integration experience would be highly valued, especially HL7 v2, ADT/ORU messages, FHIR, clinical workflows and patient identity data.
- Experience with AI-related integrations would be useful, including connecting enterprise systems to Cally, Copilot or other AI-enabled services.
- This is a practical delivery role — the focus is on building, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and supporting integrations, not enterprise architecture or strategy.
