- Mandatory Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Workato, including:
- Recipe development and management
- Connector configuration
- API integrations and automation
- Experience with at least one enterprise integration platform, such as:
- MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or similar
- Solid understanding of integration fundamentals:
- REST and SOAP APIs
- JSON and XML data formats
- Webhooks and event-driven architectures
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as:
- CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- HRMS and other SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of data transformation and mapping concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Preferred Qualifications
- Workato certifications (e.g., Automation Pro / Integration Pro)
- Experience with API management tools (Postman, Swagger, Apigee, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure – nice to have)
