About The Role

We are seeking an Integration Engineer specializing in SAP EDI and B2B integrations to join our Hyderabad-based digital and enterprise technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, support, and optimize integration solutions that facilitate seamless communication between our internal systems and external partners, including customers, suppliers, and vendors. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling efficient data exchange and operational excellence across our global operations.

This is an office-first position, emphasizing in-person collaboration to foster close teamwork and real-time problem-solving. While primarily based in the office, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely up to 20% of the time, supporting work-life balance and productivity. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide, making your work both meaningful and impactful.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions,



collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the stability and security of our integration landscape. You will also participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and technology performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting and developing SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions within a global enterprise environment. A comprehensive understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and IDoc is essential, along with experience working with SAP integration technologies and middleware platforms.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to analyze complex data exchange issues, and effective stakeholder management capabilities. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset are vital to succeed in this role.

Experience with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, as well as familiarity with B2B communication standards, will be highly valued. The ability to work effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, support, and enhance SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions to enable seamless communication with external partners and internal systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, external vendors, and partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize operational disruptions.




- Support integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using established middleware and communication standards.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to maintain a stable and compliant integration workplace.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of integration processes.
