We are looking for a customer-focused Insurance Post Sales Executive to manage customers after the sale of an insurance policy. The role involves policy servicing, customer relationship management, renewals, resolving service requests, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance companies to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle post-sales customer queries related to insurance policies.

- Assist customers with policy issuance, endorsements, corrections, cancellations, and other service requests.

- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Track and follow up on pending policy documents, payments, and service requests.

- Manage policy renewals and proactively contact customers before renewal due dates.

- Explain policy terms, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and renewal requirements to customers.

- Support customers with claims-related documentation and coordinate with the relevant teams/insurer.

- Maintain accurate customer and policy records in CRM/internal systems.

- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.





- Follow up with customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, and Insurance Company teams.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer retention.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and applicable processes.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to renewals, service requests, complaints, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.

- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.

- Target-oriented and organized approach to work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
