Surety Seven Technology Pvt. Ltd. , an esteemed insurance broker based in Delhi, is looking for an Insurance Operations Executive with 2–6 years of experience in General Insurance and policy servicing from inception through post-sales follow-up.
The role involves handling various insurance products, including but not limited to Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC, Surety Bonds , and other commercial insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations.
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotations, renewals, and endorsements .
- Handle customer servicing and support in resolving policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation for policies, endorsements, claims, and Surety Bonds .
- Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for Surety Bond-related documentation and processing .
- Prepare MIS and internal reports as required.
- Support the sales team, inter-departmental communication, and day-to-day operational workflows.
- Ensure timely follow-up with insurers and clients for pending documentation and policy-related requirements.
