Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Insurance Advisory Executive (Inbound Process).

We are hiring for a fast-growing, well-funded company in the financial services space. In this role, customers will reach out to you for guidance, and you will be responsible for understanding their needs and providing the right solutions. This is a consultative and advisory-focused role, not a cold-calling or field sales position.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions via calls and chat
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance
- Explain financial products in a simple and transparent manner
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
- Assist customers throughout the decision-making and purchase process




- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English + (Tamil OR Telugu – Mandatory)
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with voice and chat-based support
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a remote setup
- Prior experience in customer support, advisory, or similar roles is preferred
