Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for IT solutions and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in cloud sales, enterprise sales, IT solution sales or similar field.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of software products/services industry dynamics including SaaS models.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
