Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into orders. The role involves presenting product features and perks, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable toys, games, and activity kits.

Specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with operations and marketing teams, and support promotional campaigns and product launches. The position also requires regularly tracking sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess basic CRM and sales reporting abilities, along with familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Prior experience in toys, education, or consumer products sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
