Remote role. US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). Fixed salary 10 to 14 LPA . No Incentive structure

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative with proven deal closing experience in the US market. You'll own the full sales cycle, from nurturing warm, campaign generated leads through discovery, proposal, negotiation and close. You'll be selling Software product to SMB and mid market companies.

This is a closing role, not just a lead qualification role. You'll work an existing lead and campaign database and nurture, guide each deal to close yourself. Managers step in only for large or complex deals.

What you'll do

Own deals end to end and close them: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close won

Nurture campaign generated and database leads through targeted, multi touch email sequences

Run discovery calls and product conversations with US decision makers

Negotiate terms and handle objections independently, without handing off to a senior closer

Manage every prospect in Salesforce, from lead engagement to close won





Route only larger or complex opportunities to the Sales Manager

Keep pipeline data and forecasts accurate, and take part in weekly pipeline reviews

What we're looking for

Atleast 3+ years in inside sales with hands on deal closing experience in the US market, ideally B2B SaaS or software A track record of closing deals yourself and meeting quota, not only generating or qualifying leads

Experience running negotiations and taking deals through to signature

Excellent spoken and written English, and comfort handling US client conversations independently

Hands on email and lead nurturing experience

Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM

Willingness to work 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned with US Eastern hours

Nice to have

Experience with Salesloft or Outreach

Exposure to SMB and mid market segments
