Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is on-site and based in Noida. The role involves engaging prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to understand their goals and present suitable programs.

Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The Inside Sales

Representative will collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align messaging, provide timely follow-ups, and ensure a high level of learner satisfaction.



The role also includes meeting enrollment targets, contributing feedback to improve sales processes, and representing Grade Learner Academy in a professional, learner-centric manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including handling inquiries and converting prospects to enrollments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, address concerns, and provide a positive learner experience.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships with enrolled learners and support their ongoing journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain programs clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting for tracking leads and outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or training sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
