Yiron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head with 15+ years of experience in International IT Sales, with strong expertise in Software Sales, CRM Sales, SaaS, ERP, and IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Inside Sales/Business Development team and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for software, CRM, SaaS, ERP, and IT solutions.
- Generate and manage international leads, build sales pipelines, and drive end-to-end deal closures.
- Build relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and enterprise customers.
- Drive CRM and software solution sales, including consultative selling and solution positioning.
- Manage proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and recurring business.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, CRM activities, forecasting, and pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with Presales, Technical, Marketing, and Delivery teams to convert opportunities.
- Identify new markets, strategic accounts, partnerships,



and channel sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Strong expertise in Software Sales and CRM Sales is essential.
- Proven experience in International B2B/Enterprise Sales.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Robust track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel for key customer and business meetings.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales & Marketing/Business Management preferred.
