We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain healthcare services, and convert qualified leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain healthcare services and offerings clearly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹25,390.21 - ₹50,474.50 per month
