Position: Inside Sales Executive / Tele Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can handle sales through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
- Explain our Instant Tea, Instant Coffee and other beverage products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads, samples and quotations.
- Convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.




- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Specialty Coffee Products
- Coffee & Tea Solutions for Cafés, Restaurants, Hotels, Offices and Retailers

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of sales and follow-up.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / FMCG / Food & Beverage sales will be an advantage.
