Role Purpose To manage the post-sales order execution process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, Sales and internal departments from order confirmation through payment, ERP processing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

● Process and verify customer POs, quotations, pricing, payment terms, quantities and delivery requirements.

● Punch confirmed orders accurately into ERP/SAP and maintain complete order records.

● Coordinate with Sales for pricing, commercial approvals, customer requirements and order clarifications.

● Follow up with customers for POs, advance payments, technical/commercial information and required documents.

● Coordinate internally with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Accounts and Dispatch to ensure timely order execution.

● Track order status and proactively identify and escalate production, payment, documentation or delivery delays.

● Coordinate with Accounts for payments, credit approvals, invoices and outstanding amounts.

● Coordinate dispatch readiness, documentation, and transport requirements and share dispatch/tracking details with customers.

● Support Sales with order history, customer data, repeat-order opportunities, upselling and cross-selling.





● Maintain accurate order trackers, customer records and ERP data.

● Identify recurring bottlenecks and contribute to improving order-processing SOPs and internal workflows.

Candidate Profile

● 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Order Management or B2B Sales Support.

● Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

● Valuable understanding of quotations, POs, invoices, payments and commercial terms.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/SAP.

● Understanding of engineering, motors, electrical components, automation or industrial B2B products preferred.

● Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple orders and stakeholders simultaneously.
