? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Build robust relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements

? Requirements




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates who are comfortable with calling and sales targets are preferred
