- Operate and set injection moulding machines for plastic bucket production.

- Experience in manufacturing 20 L and 26 L plastic buckets will be preferred.

- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time and cycle time.

- Handle mould loading, mould setting and mould changeover.

- Monitor production and maintain required cycle time.

- Identify and rectify common moulding defects such as:

- Short shot

- Flash

- Sink marks

- Warpage

- Colour variation

- Black spots

- Uneven thickness

- Coordinate with the production and maintenance team for machine/mould problems.

- Monitor raw material mixing and material feeding.

- Maintain production and rejection records.





- Ensure product dimensions and weight are maintained as per specifications.

- Maintain machine cleanliness, workplace safety and 5S.

- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.

Required Experience

Mandatory:

- Hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding.

- Experience with bucket/container manufacturing is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of mould setting and machine parameter adjustment.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic moulding problems.

- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹13,591.30 - ₹35,724.74 per month
