Kadkraft Systems is looking for a Techno-Sales Engineer to promote CADMOULD - Plastic Injection Moulding Simulation Software to manufacturing companies.

This is a techno-commercial role combining engineering knowledge, software demonstrations, application understanding and B2B sales. The candidate should be comfortable discussing plastic component design, mould design and injection moulding challenges with design engineers, tool rooms, production teams and management .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business for CADMOULD plastic injection moulding simulation software
- Identify and approach prospects in automotive, consumer products, electrical/electronics, appliances, medical devices, plastics and other manufacturing industries
- Understand customer requirements related to plastic part design, mould design and injection moulding
- Conduct technical presentations and first-level demonstrations of CADMOULD
- Explain how simulation can help predict and reduce problems such as short shots, weld lines, air traps, sink marks, shrinkage and warpage
- Coordinate detailed technical demonstrations, benchmark studies and software evaluations with the application engineering team
- Develop new accounts through customer visits, calls, industry networking and systematic follow-up




- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow opportunities through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation and order closure
- Maintain opportunity information and follow-up activities in CRM
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars and other technical marketing activities
- Develop long-term relationships with mould makers, plastic component manufacturers and OEM engineering teams

Technical Background Preferred Candidates should preferably have knowledge or experience in one or more of the following:

Plastic Product Design | Injection Mould Design | Injection Moulding | CAD/CAM | CAE/Simulation | Tool & Die Design | Manufacturing Engineering

- Experience with plastic injection moulding simulation software such as Moldflow, Moldex3D or similar CAE solutions will be strongly preferred.
- Experience with 3D CAD software and the ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes will be important.
- Knowledge of sheet metal die design and/or forging die design will be an added advantage.

Candidates should have

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Plastics, Tool & Die or a related engineering discipline
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in technical sales and business development
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings
- Self-driven approach to prospecting, follow-up and opportunity closure
- Prior experience in CAD/CAM/CAE, injection moulding, mould design, tooling or engineering software sales will be preferred
- Experience with Moldflow, Moldex3D or other injection moulding simulation software will be a significant advantage

Location Preference The position is based in Mohali, Punjab . Candidates from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and nearby locations will be preferred.
