About Invicta-Tech

Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs.

Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad.

About the role

We are hiring an Infrastructure Technical Lead to own technical delivery of landscape and infrastructure works packages on live KSA projects. You will be the technical face of the project to the client. You lead design discussions, take submissions through review and approval, and run the team of BIM modellers and engineers who produce the work.

This is a hands-on leadership role on live projects. You will take over work already in progress in your first week. You need to pick up quickly where a design stands, what the client has commented on, and what is due next.

What you will do

Design and technical ownership

- Lead the design of infra works: all wet & dry utilities, smart cities integration, ICT/Security, irrigation, storm water, sewer, potable water, FLS, power, telecom, street lighting ducts and networks, and roads, grading and levels.
- Make and defend technical decisions on layouts, levels, routing, sizing and interfaces with buildings and other disciplines.
- Make sure designs meet client requirements, project standards and the applicable KSA authority and utility requirements.





Client coordination and approvals

- Be the client's technical point of contact on your packages.
- Lead design review meetings and workshops. Present design intent clearly.
- Prepare and manage design submissions. Take them through client and authority review to approval.
- Track every client comment to close-out: respond, revise, resubmit. Keep a clean comment and revision log.

Team leadership

- Lead a team of BIM modellers and infrastructure engineers. Break down the work, set priorities and assign tasks.
- Review drawings and models before anything goes to the client. You own the quality bar.
- Coach the team on design standards, Civil 3D and BIM workflows, and handling client comments.

Delivery, quality and coordination

- Own the deliverables schedule for your packages. Hit submission dates.
- Coordinate with architecture, structure and MEP teams to resolve interfaces and clashes.
- Keep drawings, models and design documentation consistent and correctly revised.
- Flag delivery risks to the partners early, each with a proposed fix.

What we are looking for (must-have)

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.E./M.Tech is a plus.
- 10+ years in infrastructure or external works design, with at least 4 years on projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
- Strong hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D (corridors, grading, pipe networks, surfaces)



and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit and BIM-based delivery.
- A track record of taking external works designs through client and authority approvals in the Gulf.
- Experience leading a team of modellers or engineers on live deliverables, including reviewing their work.
- Clear written and spoken English. You will write comment responses, prepare reports, and any relevant documentation requested from client and lead client meetings.

Good to have

- Experience on giga projects or large master plans in GCC.
- Navisworks and clash coordination experience.
- Knowledge of KSA authority and utility standards and submission processes.
- Model-based quantity take-off.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans (BEP, MIDP).

- Client comments close rapid, with few repeat comments on the same issue.
- Designs reach approval in fewer revision cycles.
- The team's work passes your review before it reaches the client.
