We have an Urgent Requirement for Infra Lead - Civil for Bangalore Location for the Leading Telecom Industry - Sai Infra Solutions.

Role & responsibilities -

- Supervise and manage telecom tower foundation/base construction as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, backfilling, and other foundation-related activities.
- Ensure that all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Project Head for resolution.
- Verify dimensions, levels, reinforcement, concrete work, and foundation specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.




- Check and verify site measurements as per actual work completed.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Allocate manpower according to site requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day site-level issues with contractors and field teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain site photographs and required documentation.
- Maintain records of measurements, material usage, manpower, and work progress.
- Ensure proper completion and closure documentation for each site.
