We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, communicating with prospective and existing clients, presenting suitable IT solutions, preparing proposals, managing client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and gather client requirements through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their business needs, challenges, and expectations.
- Clearly communicate the value and advantages of proposed IT solutions and effectively convince clients based on their requirements..
- Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other lead-generation activities.




- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Meet assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
- Good knowledge of IT services, software development, mobile app development, web development, or related technology solutions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and quotations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and management teams.
