The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, security, and users. The IT Operations Associate will handle technical support, system administration, networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, hardware, software, servers, cloud systems, IT assets, cybersecurity, and remote support. The role will also support internal and external IT audits, ISO 27001 compliance activities, and the development and implementation of IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, networking, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, user accounts, access controls,



and permissions.
- Support cybersecurity practices, endpoint security, backups, and system monitoring.
- Provide remote IT support and resolve technical issues for remote users.
- Prepare, maintain, and implement IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Support internal and external IT audits, including documentation and follow-up on audit requirements.
- Support ISO 27001 compliance and certification activities.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Relevant experience in IT operations, IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
