Position: IT Intern

Department: Information Technology (IT)

Location: Corporate Office

Role Summary:

The IT Intern will support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations, user support, system maintenance, and IT asset management. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate IT infrastructure and technology support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
- Assist in installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support user account management and access-related activities.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and access provisioning.




- Coordinate with users and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT support documentation and records.
- Follow information security and IT compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
