Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, candidate engagement, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and role fitment.
- Screen candidates through initial discussions and assess technical and functional suitability.
- Conduct effective candidate communication and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate data, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining quality of submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT requirements.




- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand changing recruitment needs.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and related technologies.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Positive candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS, and recruitment trackers.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience working on multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Exposure to both product and service-based hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring or niche/critical IT hiring will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Work Environment 5 Days Work From Office – Koramangala, Bangalore.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and managing target-driven recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
