Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Vinti Resort in Pindwara. This position is responsible for managing daily IT operations, including monitoring systems performance, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity across the property. The role involves providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting IT issues, coordinating with vendors for upgrades and repairs, and maintaining data backups and security protocols.

The Information Technology

Executive also helps plan and implement technology improvements that support guest services, event operations, and internal processes,



while documenting procedures and training team members on IT best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing systems in a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills to configure, monitor, and secure wired and wireless networks across the resort.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions to resort staff.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of data security, backup strategies, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to work in office, respond promptly to operational needs, and coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple departments.
