The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning, security, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. The IT Specialist will handle system configuration, technical support, network security, hardware and software, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, servers, cloud systems, remote support, IT assets, and cybersecurity requirements. The role will also involve supporting IT audits and ISO 27001 compliance, preparing and implementing IT SOPs and policies, and ensuring compliance with company IT procedures.

Qualifications

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical support.

- Provide support for Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, hardware, software, and networking.

- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, connectivity, systems, and other IT-related issues.

- Manage IT assets, including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

- Maintain servers, backups,



cloud-based systems, and system monitoring.

- Support network security and cybersecurity practices, including access control, antivirus, password policies, and secure system usage.

- Prepare, maintain, and implement IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.

- Support IT audits and ISO 27001 compliance/certification activities.

- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and system administration.

- Relevant experience in IT support, system administration, IT operations, or infrastructure management.

- Experience with IT audits and ISO 27001 is required.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, and Azure is preferred.

- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
