Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Executive to manage and support the day-to-day IT infrastructure of our Jabalpur office.

The role will primarily focus on hardware and networking support, troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, system administration, and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, resolving technical issues independently, and ensuring uninterrupted IT support for employees.

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues.

· Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

· Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, and DHCP.

· Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and access-related issues.

· Provide basic administration and troubleshooting support for cloud-based applications and services.

· Manage user systems, access, permissions, and other routine IT support requirements.

· Perform system installations, upgrades, updates, and preventive maintenance.

· Maintain IT assets, inventory,



and infrastructure documentation.

· Coordinate with internet, hardware, software, and other IT vendors whenever required.

· Monitor and resolve IT incidents within defined timelines to minimize operational disruption.

· Support IT requirements related to employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

· Follow IT security, access-control, backup, and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, Network Support, or System Administration.

· Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in computer hardware and networking.

· Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

· Practical knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting.

· Working knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-based applications.

· Good understanding of Windows operating systems and system administration.

· Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, firewall, and access management.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and provide on-site technical support.

Preferred

· Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure / AWS or similar cloud platforms.

· Knowledge of Active Directory and user management.

· Exposure to firewall and network security.

· Experience with IT asset management or ticketing systems.

Candidate Preference

Candidates based in Jabalpur or nearby locations will be preferred, as this is an on-site IT Infrastructure role requiring local availability for timely technical support.
