Role Description This full-time, on-site Information Technology Engineer role is based at Imperial Auto Industries’ facility in Sanand. The IT Engineer will manage and support day-to-day IT operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals for plant and office users. The role involves monitoring and maintaining networks, ensuring secure and secure connectivity, and responding to incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

The IT Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain documentation of systems, configurations,



and procedures. The role also includes implementing security best practices, supporting backup and recovery processes, and contributing to upgrades and improvements to IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and practical experience with IT infrastructure in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Networking skills, including configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, and structured cabling.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including user access control, endpoint protection, and basic firewall and security policy management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Windows client/server environments, email systems, and common enterprise applications.
- Ability to document procedures, maintain asset records, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sanand, support shift-based operations when required, and collaborate in a team-oriented, safety- and quality-focused environment.
