Job Overview

We are looking for an Influencer & Podcast Coordinator to manage communication, follow-ups, guest coordination, and scheduling for podcast guests.

This role is focused on relationship management and coordination. The company will provide the relevant contacts, so the role does not involve cold calling or independent influencer sourcing.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with influencers, creators, public personalities, and other professional contacts, with strong follow-up and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect and communicate with provided influencer, creator, and guest contacts.
- Introduce and explain the podcast and coordinate guest participation.
- Build positive and professional relationships with potential podcast guests.
- Handle follow-ups and coordinate confirmations.
- Manage guest schedules, recording dates, and episode-related requirements.
- Coordinate guest information and ensure all required details are collected before recording.
- Maintain accurate records of guest communication, follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest onboarding and episode preparation.
- Stay informed about Instagram and social media trends relevant to creators and influencers.
- Handle multiple guest conversations and schedules while maintaining timely communication.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer/creator coordination, talent management, podcast coordination, guest relations, client coordination, PR,



or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, creators, public personalities, and professional contacts.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and schedules simultaneously.
- Proactive, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and relevant skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
